Film protection for construction is used after finished surfaces are installed but while the jobsite remains active. Carpeted routes collect dust, mud and debris. Remove loose grit and apply film only to a clean, dry area. Hard particles trapped below the film can still scratch glass or polished stone when cartons, tools or equipment move across the surface.

Countertop film usually remains only through fitting stages. Replace any film if debris collects underneath, edges no longer stay flat or the agreed dwell time has been reached.
